Red-letter day – 26th September 2016!
It’s our first club evening. Our six climbers turn up, plus our volunteers, the Sheffield-based committee members, and our Foundry instructors. A great time is had by all.
The previous week we had our Taster Session. Eleven climbers! All of them had a climb or two, and all enjoyed the session. After Christmas we hope to start up an additional weekly club session so we can take more people climbing on a regular basis.
Our Facebook page is humming with posts and hits, and we have gratefully received donations of kit. With our fundraising achievements also, we are all set for many more happy hours at the walls!
